CEO/CTO
Brendan has been with the company since its humble beginnings and has a firm understanding of the Warehousing & Logistics Industry. With a strong understanding of programming, he assists his team to develop the best technologies available for the South African market.
He also enhances, develops, and maintains an in-house stock-taking system for use by our stock counting teams that perform counts for some large retailers throughout South Africa and into Africa. Other responsibilities include management of support personnel, research and development of new technologies, and cost-cutting through the implementation of new innovations for both, our business, and our clients.
General Manager
Meiring Janse van Rensburg is the General Manager and a founding member of AdOr Information Technology, responsible for driving daily operations and guiding the company’s ongoing growth in warehouse management solutions. Having worked across a wide range of WMS implementations — from 3PL and FMCG to specialised distribution environments — he brings deep technical expertise alongside a practical understanding of the operational challenges warehouses face.
With experience spanning both large-scale enterprise deployments and tailored solutions for niche operations, Meiring is known for delivering reliable outcomes regardless of complexity. His leadership is built on understanding client needs, forming long-term partnerships, and ensuring every implementation delivers measurable value — keeping AdOr at the forefront of warehouse management innovation while maintaining the high service standards the company is known for.

Customer Success Manager
Originally coming from the grass-roots version of the AdOr WMS, he used the system for many years and has intricate knowledge and the ability to apply all the AdOr WMS functionality within warehouse operations. This gave him the advantage to take up the position of Customer Success Manager at AdOr WMS to support our customers along their journey with the AdOr WMS. He has an absolute patience to assist with even the smallest of queries and will not stop until an issue is resolved for the customer.

Having earned the badge of “Sensei” within the office, Mikhail is the go-to ninja to get anything programming related done. He is highly skilled in all technical realms, be it integrations, custom development or leading a successful development team. And best of all, the customers all praise their interactions with him and complement him on being able to bridge the gap between technical and operations.
Product lead – AdOr Pedlar
Starting out in the AdOr family as a junior, Wikus has grown to be a key individual at AdOr and has led the development and growth of the AdOr Pedlar system. He manages a successful team of developers that continue to push the boundaries of innovation in the inventory management space.
